Single Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at the theatre or by calling 212-307-4100 or 800-755-4000 (outside the Tri-State area). Tickets can also be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com.
Group Tickets
Arrangements for groups of 12 or more can be made by calling, faxing or emailing Nederlander Group Sales with the name of the show you wish to see, the performance you wish to attend, the desired price category, and the number of tickets you seek. Procedures and terms will be explained upon contact.

Lottery Policy:
$26.50 - each performance day a limited number of tickets will be available via lottery. For 8 PM shows: sign-up at 6 PM, lottery held at 6:30, ticket pickup at 6:45. For 7 PM shows: sign-up at 5 PM, lottery held at 5:30, ticket pickup at 5:45. For 2 PM matinees: sign-up at 12 noon, lottery held at 12:30, ticket pickup at 12:45.
Student Rush:
$36.50 - sold on day of performance two hours prior to curtain, immediately after lottery tickets are distributed. Subject to availability. Limit 2 per valid student ID. Cash only. Seats are side orchestra or mezzanine with partial view. Not available Friday or Saturday evening.
Standing Room:
Standing Room tickets are available day of show only at select sold-out performances.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
The Brooks Atkinson Theatre does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.
Star Performer Absenteeism:

Dress Code:
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performance, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.
Policy for Children:
All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
No children under the age of 4 are permitted.
Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Late patrons who are seated at the discretion of the House Manager after the performance begins. They are then escorted directly to their seats by an usher.
Policy on Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the Brooks Atkinson.
Bar:
There are bars located in the theatre’s Mezzanine lobby where mixed drinks, sodas, and candy can be purchased. However, water and drinks with tops (souvenir cups) are the only beverage that is permitted in the auditorium.
The bars begin serving patrons 30 minutes before the performance begins.
Restrooms:
Male and female restrooms are located on the Mezzanine level of the theatre.
Cloakroom:
There is no cloakroom service available at this theatre.
Policy for Patrons with Disabilities:
Specially priced tickets are available for patrons who are physically disabled, hearing, or visually impaired. As a courtesy, patrons are permitted to purchase one additional ticket at this price for his or her companion. These tickets, as well as wheelchair locations, are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the theatre box office only or by calling 212.719.4099. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
The Theatre does not have elevators or escalators.
Wheelchair Accessible Restroom:
The Brooks Atkinson is equipped with one wheelchair accessible restroom on the Orchestra level.
Seat Accessibility:
There are designated wheelchair and companion seats in the rear of the Orchestra section. (See seating chart.)
Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Sound Enhancement:
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.
Patron Security:
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.
Bag Checks:
Purses, briefcases, and large bags may be inspected upon arrival. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.
