Tickets can be purchased at the theatre or by calling 212-307-4100 or 800-755-4000 (outside the Tri-State area). Tickets can also be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com.

Group Tickets
Arrangements for groups of twenty or more can be made by calling, faxing or emailing Nederlander Group Sales with the name of the show you wish to see, the performance you wish to attend, the desired price category, and the number of tickets you seek. PATRON POLICIES

Dress Code:
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performance, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.

Policy for Children:
All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Late patrons who are seated at the discretion of the House Manager after the performance begins. They are then escorted directly to their seats by an usher.

Policy on Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the Brooks Atkinson.

AMENITIES

Bar:
There are bars located in the theatre’s Mezzanine lobby where mixed drinks, sodas, and candy can be purchased. However, water and drinks with tops (souvenir cups) are the only beverage that is permitted in the auditorium.

The bars begin serving patrons 30 minutes before the performance begins.

Restrooms:
Male and female restrooms are located on the Mezzanine level of the theatre.

Cloakroom:
There is no cloakroom service available at this theatre.

ACCESS

Policy for Physically Challenged:
$60.00 tickets are available for patrons who are physically disabled, hearing, or visually impaired. As a courtesy, patrons are permitted to purchase one additional ticket at $60.00 for his or her companion. These tickets, as well as wheelchair locations, are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the theatre box office only or by calling 212.719.4099. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.

Restroom Accessibility:
The Brooks Atkinson is equipped with one handicapped restroom on the Orchestra level.

Seat Accessibility:
There are designated wheelchair spaces in the rear of the Orchestra section. (See seating chart.)

Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.

Sound Enhancement:
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.

SECURITY

Patron Security:
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.

Bag Checks:
Purses, briefcases, and large bags may be inspected upon arrival. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.
